I turned on my irrigation system for the year to find out that one of the brass fittings was split. I called on a Saturday expecting to leave a voicemail and get a call back Monday. They actually answered and explained the situation. They were finishing up for the day and took their time to come out and help when they didn't have to. They even took the time to run me through the system and check all of my heads as this is my first irrigation system. Highly recommend and appreciate their help. Will be going through them going forward on all my irrigation needs.

I was pleasantly surprised to get an e-mail to confirm our appointment to have our sprinklers blown out. We paid for start-up and blow-out service and they proactively put us on their schedule. We've had some other work done by them--they were there when they said they were going to be there and did a great job on the work they performed.
